Week 9: 206lbs (-10lbs)

After a week of being bloated, not feeling in the mood to exercise and lazing around I’m actually shocked at the result this week. I mean, let’s see the stats:

Average kCal/day: 1639 and exercised 0 out of 7 days

I’ve been doing some reading on water retention and weight etc. and this whole weight loss thing is more complicated than it seems. Either way, I’m on track for 1lb per week and quickly approaching the “Under 200lb” club.

Lesson of the week: Mood, hormones and water can make the scales fluctuate, just take it slow and keep celebrating the daily victories

Non-scale victory of the week: The dimple on my cheek has returned as a result of losing weight around my face. It’s a cute dimple. I think I’ll keep it.
